Zak,

If you're working from a leopard installation follow these steps:

Install cyberduck.
Run and select "open connection".
Enter the details you received in the email and click connect.
Download folder.

If you're on windoze try filezilla.

Cheers Soft Lad. I've never used ptf before. I tried File Zilla but couldn't get on with it so I got SmartFTP and it's coming at

700KB/s. I'll only use windoze coz any disks done with utility on my iMac are dud !
